Use of the software / 软件使用

You may use Universal Video Resume with websites and content you are legally permitted to access. You are responsible for following website terms, copyright rules and applicable law. 你只能将本软件用于你有权访问的网站和内容，并自行遵守网站条款、版权规则及适用法律。

Account-bound Pro access / 账号绑定的 Pro 权益

Community features are provided without charge. A Pro purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-transferable entitlement tied to the purchasing account, subject to the terms shown at checkout. The current lifetime plan supports up to three active browser devices unless otherwise stated at checkout. Community 功能免费提供。购买 Pro 后，买方获得与购买账号绑定、不可转让的个人权益，具体以结账页面条款为准。当前永久版最多支持三个活跃浏览器设备，除非结账页面另有说明。

Acceptable use / 合理使用

You may not share or resell account access, bypass access controls, distribute modified copies as the original product, or use the software to violate another party’s rights. 不得共享或转售账号权益、绕过访问控制、冒充原产品分发修改版本，或利用本软件侵犯他人权利。

Availability / 可用性

The software is provided on an “as available” basis. Website updates may temporarily affect compatibility. We may provide fixes and updates but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation on every website. 软件按现状提供，网站更新可能暂时影响兼容性，我们不保证在所有网站持续无中断运行。
